# 154 McHale Park

This is a saltwater fishing destination. Gulf of Mexico




Directions: From the intersection of Hwy 225 and Hwy 146 travel south on 146; 9.5 miles. Exit before you cross the bridge and continue under the bridge to 10th street. The park is at the end of 10th street in .1 miles.


This small park has limited parking and limited fishing. There is a raised covered gazebo that sits right on the bay just east of the 146 bridge. The area around the park is private so respect the signs. No amenities at his location.

# 153 Sugar Mill Park

This is a freshwater fishing location. Freshwater Pond.






Directions:. From the intersection of Eldridge and Jess Pirtle, travel west on Jess Pirtle .6 miles to Oak Knoll.  Turn right on Oak Knoll, and then right on Drakewood. This park is located at the corner of Drakewood and Hidden Lakes Lane in the Sugar Mill Subdivision

This peaceful 5.3 acre park features 1 acre pond that will allow you a quiet fishing experience. This park is off the beaten path so to speak, tucked into the sugar mill subdivision.  
There is bank fishing only in this park.

Sugar Mill Park also includes: a walking trail, a picnic shelter, picnic tables, grills, limited parking, sand volleyball court, and horseshoe pits.

# 152 Toddville and Second Street

This would be a saltwater destination. Galveston Bay




Directions: From the intersection of Hwy 225 and Hwy 146 travel south on 146; 9.5 miles. Exit before you cross the bridge and continue under the bridge to 10th street. 10th street will intersect with Toddville in .1 mile, turn left on Toddville. Continue .4 miles to 2and street and turn left. Fishing is allowed on both sides of the street.


This location along second street has paved walkways and benches on both sides of the road. Fishing access is in a small lake that is just off Galveston Bay.  Parking is allowed along the street and there are plenty of places to set up and fish, close to your vehicle. There are no amenities here.
